New Patients

Thank you for selecting Schulte Dental. In order to better serve you and keep you happy and healthy, we want to inform you of our processes and procedures. (We will send you a new patient package through the mail which will contain more detailed information.)

Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible for any missed appointments or reschedules. This helps us keep our office running smoothly and makes it easier to fit in our other clients who may need to have an earlier appointment time. We will keep you apprised of your treatment plan and all treatment options. It is up to you to follow through with appointments and stay on track with the recommendations given.
